Cottage check-in is at 4 p.m., although that may vary during peak arrival periods.   Checkout is always at 10 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel by giving a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice before the date on which the rental begins.   Deposits previously sent will be refunded upon receipt of this sixty-day notice.  A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will be charged.  If cancellation or change is made within sixty (60) days of check-in, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. 

Pet Policy
Although you'll see a wide variety of wildlife on our island, pets are not permitted.  If your pet must accompany you on your trip, we would be happy to suggest local kennels that will accommodate them for the length of your stay.
